Insights: eBay brand awareness is very high, but loyalty is not. Gen Z has a particular interest in secondhand marketplaces and many of their values (sustainability, community, entrepreneur support) matches those of eBay. After record-breaking revenue reported in 2021, eBay is ripe for a brand overhaul.
